Delivery
(1) If we have not clearly stated otherwise in product description, all of our products are available for dispatch.
(2) Products are normally dispatched before 16:00 o'clock on the day of payment. In case of dispatch delay, Sportalle will get in touch with and inform the customer, as well as get his consent for later delivery.If the customer does not agree, he/she is entitled to withdraw from the contract.
(3) Products will be shipped only after receipt of payment.
Transport damages
It is the responsibility of the customer to immediately upon receipt check that the content of the delivered goods is complete and undamaged. If a delivery does not correspond to the order or is damaged, the customer should make a timely complaint to office@sportalle.com
